Mission of IV Greatness Academy
At IV Greatness Academy, we believe that greatness is not simply something you’re born with, but something that you can develop. Our basketball programs are designed to help players of all skill levels unleash their true potential through dedicated coaching and training. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, interactive and fun atmosphere to help our students build their confidence and develop their physical and mental skills.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: It is expressly agreed that the participation with IV Greatness Academy and Big Baller Brand teams/program, including but not limited to basketball and training shall be undertaken at their own risk. IV Greatness Academy and Big Baller Brand, its servants, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action whatsoever to us or our child or our property or our child’s property arising out of or connected with our child’s being participating IV Greatness Academy and Big Baller Brand. We do hereby expressly forever release and discharge IV Greatness Academy and Big Baller Brand, its agents, employees, and trustees from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action, and from all acts of active passive negligence on the part of IV Greatness Academy and Big Baller Brand, its agents, employees, or trustees.
